The short version
- We collect the account details you give us: name, email, agency, and billing details.
- You control the candidate data you upload. We process it to build the shortlist you ask for.
- We do not sell data, and we do not use candidate data to train models.
- Client links expire after seven days. You can ask us to delete your data.

Who we are
Melira is operated by Moonx LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Moonx LLC. “You” means the agency using Melira. Our contact address is [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, agency name, role, and billing details.
- Candidate data: CVs, notes, interview evidence, work authorization, notice period, compensation, and anything else you choose to upload. You decide what to collect and why.
- Client data: client name, contact details, and role information you add to a shortlist.
- Usage and billing: shortlist credits, payments, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
- Support messages: emails and messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To provide the service and publish the shortlist you ask for.
- To bill you and keep records required by law.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
We do not use candidate data for advertising. We do not sell personal data. We do not use candidate data to train AI models.
Candidate data: who is responsible
The agency decides what candidate data to collect, why, and how long to keep it. The agency is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any required notices. Melira processes candidate data on the agency’s instructions.
If you are a candidate and want to access, correct, or delete your data, contact the agency that shared it first. We will help the agency respond.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for cloud hosting, database, email delivery, payments, and AI processing. They process data on our instructions and under contract. Current categories include Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (AI processing). We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and security.
International transfers
Some providers process data in the United States or the European Union. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
- Account data while your account is active.
- Candidate data as instructed by your agency, and deleted on request.
- Client links for seven days; the shortlist stays in your workspace until you delete it.
- Billing records for as long as the law requires.
- Pilot data is deleted on request when the pilot ends.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure. If you think something is wrong, contact [email protected].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your data. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process request logs for security and reliability.
Changes
We will update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top of the page will change with it.
