Terms

Pilot terms, in plain language.

Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Pilot terms

These terms cover the Melira pilot. They are a plain-language agreement, not a substitute for a signed contract. If you need an MSA or DPA, email [email protected].

1. Who we are

Melira is operated by Moonx LLC (“Melira”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the agency using Melira. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Melira is a white-label shortlist layer. You bring the candidates you have already spoken to; Melira helps you write the case for each person, prepare the evidence, and publish a client-ready page and PDF under your agency’s brand. Features may change during the pilot.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use Melira. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure the information you give us is accurate.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You have the right to upload the candidate data you bring, and a lawful basis for processing it.
  • You will not upload special-category data unless it is lawful and necessary for the role.
  • You will review every candidate and every claim before you publish. AI-assisted drafts can be wrong.
  • You will not use Melira to discriminate, mislead a client, or break the law.
  • You will keep client and candidate information confidential.

5. Credits and fees

  • The pilot includes three free shortlists for each pilot agency.
  • Paid packs are priced on the pricing page. One credit covers one new shortlist. A new version of the same shortlist does not use another credit.
  • Credits never expire.
  • There is no subscription or auto-renewal during the pilot.
  • Paid packs are set up over email during the pilot. There is no self-serve checkout on this site yet.
  • If a shortlist cannot be published because of our error, we will return the credit. Otherwise, credits are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Melira to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, scrape or reverse engineer the service, resell access, train a competing model, upload malware, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may suspend an account that puts the service or another customer at risk.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Melira service, software, and brand. You own the content and client data you bring. You give us a limited licence to process, store, and display that content only to provide the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Melira.

8. White-label

The client page and PDF carry your agency’s name, colour, and contact email. Melira is not displayed. You are responsible for the claims your agency publishes.

9. Confidentiality

Each side will protect the other’s confidential information. Candidate data is confidential. We will not disclose it except to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, or as required by law.

10. Availability and changes

The pilot is provided as-is. We do not promise a service level during the pilot. We may change, suspend, or stop a feature for maintenance, security, or product reasons.

11. Disclaimers

Melira does not guarantee a hire, an interview, or a client outcome. AI-assisted output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it reaches a client. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without implied warranties.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

Either side may end the pilot at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or a security risk. When the pilot ends, we will delete your data on request. Fees already paid for used credits are not refunded except where the law requires it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Moonx LLC’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
